Welcome to Bluebush Estate

Bluebush Lodge accommodates 16 persons with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 roll away beds. Three bedrooms each contain one king size bed, whilst the fourth bedroom has one queen size bed. The upstairs loft has one queen size bed and two single beds.

The Lodge has an enormous gas log fire dominating the air conditioned open plan living area with its high cathedral ceiling and billiard table. A large commercial kitchen with oven, cooktops, microwave and fridge, ensures ease of food preparation. Also is a large covered BBQ area which looks out on the tennis court and salt water pool. Perfect for large family gatherings, wedding accommodation or corporate events.

For a small business conference, book either the Bluebush Chalet and/or Bluebush Lodge for your accommodation and have use of our dedicated conference room for your daily meetings. Seating up to 25 delegates, it's equipped with a whiteboard & broadband internet access. The peace and tranquility on the property will allow your staff to be refreshed and focused, ready for the job at hand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure the continuing quality of our product the following Conditions apply. Guests are requested:-

  • Not to smoke inside the house
  • Not to damage or remove property
  • Not to increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
  • Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management
  • If organising an onsite massage, hairdresser etc. please contact management so that we can obtain Public Liability cover from these organisations
  • Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition e.g. unwashed dishes.
  • You will be required to provide us your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.

We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions & know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.

  • The owners of the property known as "Bluebush Estate", 196 Wilderness Road Lovedale, take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
  • All tariffs are inclusive of GST & are valid to 31/12/08
  • Check in time is 2pm
  • Check out time midweek is 10am, weekends 11am.
  • No pets allowed

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of our "Terms & Conditions".
  • Deposits are not refundable (or transferable) if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival, unless the property can be rebooked. All refunds attract a $50 administration fee.
