To ensure the continuing quality of our product the following Conditions apply. Guests are requested:-
- Not to smoke inside the house
- Not to damage or remove property
- Not to increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
- Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management
- If organising an onsite massage, hairdresser etc. the company will be required to provide management with a copy of their Certificate of Currency for Public Liability.
- Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition e.g. unwashed dishes, excessive spillages on floors/carpets, broken crockery/glassware
- To agree you are personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure and that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of your departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
- You will be required to provide us your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.
We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions & know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.
- The owners of the property known as "Bluebush Estate", 196 Wilderness Road Lovedale, take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
- All tariffs are inclusive of GST & are valid to 30/06/12
- Check in time is 2pm – unless earlier consent has been applied and given written approval.
- Check out time midweek is 10am, weekends 11am. Departure after that time may incur additional room charges.
- No pets allowed.
- Your privacy is important to us at Bluebush Estate.
- All information provided to us is treated as confidential.
- Any details you submit to us either directly, or on our web forms, will not be passed to any third party and will be used only for the purpose for which you provided them.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of our "Terms & Conditions".
- Deposits are not refundable (or transferable) if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival unless the property can be rebooked. All refunds attract a $50 administration fee.
